COST CONSIDERATIONS

The cost of materials, fittings, features and construction depends on the design and build solution that we select in collaboration with you. Our professional fees are fixed and proportionate to building costs.

Your budget

We'll consider carefully all the design and build possibilities within your budget. Should we agree to proceed beyond the initial meeting, we'll deliver the best value for money design and build solution, expediently and at your convenience. Make a start by completing our questionnaire. We'll get to grips with your requirements and preferences, and get back to you with an action plan.

Professional fees

It's important to note that our professional fees and construction costs are calculated separately. Be sure to study the Package & Process for each build type. The concept

The design concept will set out a vision for your new home. We will work out as much detail as possible upfront, ensuring always that regulations are adhered to and that our passive house standard is met. We'll do this with full transparency and in partnership with you. This way we'll avoid – as much as is humanly possible – any unexpected surprises along the way.

Fittings & Features

Consider beforehand the fittings and features that you would like to have built into your new home. Depending on the type and quality, the cost of fitting and features can vary dramatically. The build

It stands to reason that the better the design the better the build experience. This means that it makes sense to commission both services from the same provider. With this in mind, it's necessary to appreciate that our professional fees and build costs are implicitly connected but separate. Until we envision a workable solution we cannot know beforehand the total build cost.

Sustainability

Sustainable building practices mean better homes, period. This means everything to us. When it comes to living well, we expect that sustainability is also important to you.
