START YOUR PROJECTThe cost of materials, fittings, features and construction depends on the design and build solution that we select in collaboration with you. Our professional fees are fixed and proportionate to building costs.
We'll consider carefully all the design and build possibilities within your budget. Should we agree to proceed beyond the initial meeting, we'll deliver the best value for money design and build solution, expediently and at your convenience. The design concept will set out a vision for your new home. We will work out as much detail as possible upfront, ensuring always that regulations are adhered to and that our passive house standard is met. We'll do this with full transparency and in partnership with you. This way we'll avoid – as much as is humanly possible – any unexpected surprises along the way.
