At nühaus, we understand just how much goes into making your home. We know that this process takes its toll on your time, resources and sensibilities, so we do everything in our power to make the construction process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. 

Ever since the launch of nühaus in 2015, it’s been our policy to ensure that we manage every single one of our builds ourselves. Our team takes care of everything in a building project, from initial site inspection and architectural designs and planning, to procuring high-quality construction materials and putting the final finishing touches on a build. As time goes on, we’ve taken the decision to extend our ‘one-stop shop’ approach even further, via extra ‘green build’ options such as heat pumps, solar panels, filtration systems and even ‘passive superstructure’ construction techniques. There’s more to a passive house than simple bricks and mortar, and with a professional eco build team behind you, you’ll find it easy to keep on top of every aspect of the building process.

With us, you can not only be sure your dream home meets all applicable nZEB (nearly zero energy build) and BER (building energy rating) standards but also goes beyond to help the environment. We’ll keep you up-to-date with the specifics of planning permission, building regulations and passive house technology so that you can concentrate on the things that are important to you.

Yes. Your first online meeting with us is completely free of charge and so is the resulting cost estimate! Please fill in the Questionnaire.

No. You’ll be asked to pay a minimum deposit at commencement. Follow-up payments are incremental and subject to the completion of agreed targets.

Yes. Our integrated approach includes compliance with the Buildings Control Management System and the appointment of a qualified Project Supervisor.

Yes. nühaus is fully committed to the stringent new nZEB and A BER standards. Taken together, these provide extensive guidelines applicable to all new domestic buildings in Ireland.

Yes. We source all our building materials. This allows us to get the best prices, but also enables us to guarantee the compliance of our projects with nZEB, BER and other applicable standards.

Building and structural guarantees are included amongst the T&Cs in our standard contract, however, dissatisfaction is unlikely. We take great pride in our work and have built a stellar reputation over the years.
