GETTING IT JUST RIGHT IS WORTH IT

The first thing we do before organising your nühaus project is your initial consultation, here, you’ll get to know an architectural designer and an estimator. These experts will work with you to complete a detailed brief and scope of work. They’ll also use these things to provide you with a clear understanding of the costs of your project.

CONCEPT

REDUCE THE PRICE NOT THE QUALITY

Whether your project is a bathroom renovation, garage conversion, kitchen extension or eco build, we’ll always explore three different build options with you before committing to a design. Once you’re happy, a 3D home walkthrough will be generated. This will give you an even clearer idea of how the final green build space will look.

DESIGN

DETAILED PLAN OF ACTION.

Once you’ve settled on the ideal design, it’s time to convert your ideas into workable building planning documents. These will include all of the details of the construction. Don’t worry if your project involves a planning application or other dealing with the local authorities, we’ll make sure that everything is sorted out for you.

CONTRACT

DECIDE ON THE BEST WAY TO GO

With a detailed building plan in place, it’s time to sign an agreement before work begins. Don’t worry, our contracts are clear and transparent. Included in the contract is a description of each of the tasks we will undertake for your build or renovation, along with any other responsibilities, costs and warranties.

There are no delays at nühaus. Once each other stage has finished, it’s time to promptly and efficiently move on and through the next. Our team includes at least one of each skilled specialist your project requires but, for added peace of mind, we’ll also deliver regular updates on your project via email or invite you to visit the site.
